A wonderful charity ball organised by the PTFA at Worcestershire Royal Grammar School raising funds for The Grace Kelly Ladybird Trust who provide support for families and fund research into rare childhood cancer.
The ball was attended by 280 guests with an Alice in Wonderland theme. We worked with the organisers to create a small cocktail list for the evening. Hussingtree Gin sponsored the reception drinks providing their Bumbleberry Gin, which we prepared with tonic and strawberries and was served by some of the PTFA men.
Attendees pre-ordered their table wine and prosecco which our team allocated before they sat down for dinner. The organisers had carefully selected the wine from our suppliers. Dinner was a fabulous three course meal with a sharing antipasto platter to start and create your own croquembouche for dessert.
Post dinner the raffle was drawn along with an announcement of the winners of the silent auction. After the band took to the stage.
